About the Opportunity

As a Principal Solution Architect, you will lead pre-sales activities for key accounts and large-scale opportunities in APAC and ANZ within Adobe's Professional Services team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with top brands in the region and collaborate with our sales and service delivery teams to drive overall engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Partner with account teams, delivery teams, product engineering, and professional services sales executives to deliver business growth and customer success/ROI.
  2. Work closely with customers' architects, business, and technical stakeholders to build trust and establish credibility.
  3. Plan and lead workshops to uncover needs, identify customer business objectives, and challenges to be solved.
  4. Develop and present holistic services responses and proposals, including services scope, staffing, and roadmaps to deliver against customers' objectives.

About You

  • You have extensive experience working in top-tier consulting or technology organizations.
  • You possess an in-depth understanding of typical use cases of digital platform implementations (CMS, Customer Data Platforms, Analytics, Personalization, Ecommerce, Digital Asset Management, Mobile strategies, etc.).
  • You balance business and technology skills, able to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems and tie your solutions to program success criteria.
  • You are an outstanding problem solver with analytical skills, producing clear observations, analysis, and conclusions based on customer interviews and data.
  • You are a team player who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders to arrive at the best solution.
