The Clinical Nurse Manager After Hours will plan, organize, direct, and coordinate all work arrangements and functions that fall under their jurisdiction to ensure a high level and quality of patient care is delivered at Derby Hospital.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing effective nursing leadership and advanced clinical skills relating to Emergency Nursing, High Dependency, General Nursing, Midwifery or Theatre in an environment of change and evolution of service delivery.
