Job Title: Solution Architect

Overview: As a seasoned Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the technical delivery of solutions in our Core Mod Infrastructure program. This fixed-term contract position requires exceptional skills in designing, implementing, and migrating infrastructure management and monitoring solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and migrate infrastructure management and monitoring solutions from current to target infrastructure environments.
  • Document designs, implementation, and verification processes for review and improvement.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide documentation to support staff.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and system owners to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Engage with vendors and partners to facilitate solution delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with project teams and provide timely updates.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
We are seeking an individual with extensive experience in core infrastructure services such as Active Directory (AD), Domain Name System (DNS), and Network Time Protocol (NTP). Additionally, expertise in network technologies like Cisco ACI, VMware vSphere, Windows Servers, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux is crucial. A strong understanding of monitoring solutions and project delivery methodologies, along with familiarity with ITIL and change management processes, is also essential.
