Job Opportunity: Grounds Maintenance Specialist
">We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a permanent full-time employee, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our sites to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Maintain lawns and vegetation through regular mowing and whipper snipping
- Remove graffiti from walls and other surfaces
- Ensure all grounds are well-manicured and tidy
Requirements:
">- Previous experience in a similar role or as a Groundskeeper
- A strong work ethic and ability to learn
- Reliable transport for traveling to different locations
- Physical fitness for traveling and manual labor
- Good communication skills and flexibility
- A valid medical certificate and willingness to undergo a drug and alcohol test
