Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of eDiscovery services across litigation, regulatory notices, investigations, and transaction projects.
  • Support multiple matters simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services.
  • Manage evidence tasks within Nuix Workstation, Nuix Discover, Reveal, and RelativityOne, adhering to quality control and audit processes.
  • Develop a basic understanding of CAL workflows and AI review methodologies, utilizing workflow tools effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to achieve project goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of eDiscovery experience in a professional services firm, law firm, or government agency.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues.
  • Good understanding of eDiscovery applications, including Nuix Discover, Workstation, Reveal, and Relativity.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to develop quality assurance practices.
  • Ability to assess, prioritize, and delegate requests effectively.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Law, Computer Science, Commerce, or software engineering.
  • Demonstrated self-learning attitude with industry certifications.
