About the Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team of exceptional professionals. As an Assistant Educator, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining a stimulating learning environment that fosters growth and development in children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere that promotes social-emotional learning and academic excellence
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on child progress and program effectiveness
Required Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will hold:

  • An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services
  • Proven experience working with children in an Early Childhood setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
