About the Opportunity

Therapy Pro is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team on an ongoing basis. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work from home and in your local community, supporting clients in the environment that best supports their goals and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment and intervention services to a highly diverse NDIS caseload.
  • Gain exposure, skills, and knowledge from working with clients across the lifespan and of all abilities.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality services to clients.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practices and strategies to effect positive change.

Accelerate Graduate Program

For our graduates, our accelerate graduate program is designed to support your transition from studying to employment. Our wrap-around support model and structured 6-month graduate program will accelerate your learning and set you up for success with the following:

  • Group sessions.
  • Guest speakers.
  • Masterclasses.
  • Supervision with experienced senior therapists.
  • Mentoring and buddy opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience working in, or a strong desire to understand the community sector and NDIS market.
  • Qualifications as a qualified Occupational Therapist eligible for an AHPRA Registration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that allow you to develop collaborative relations with clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility in your approach to working with a variety of clients and their families, operating in an individualized way with each person.
  • A current Working With Children Check, an NDIS Worker Screening Check, and/or Police Check before commencing.
  • A full, unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence and reliable access to a registered, fully insured vehicle.
