Job Description
In this Relief Manager role, you will be responsible for managing the daily catering requirements of our village site. Your duties will involve food production, menu planning, dining room services, safety, health, and environment, customer service, staff supervision, compliance, administration, and client relationship management. You will liaise closely with the Site Manager to ensure effective operations.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and exceptional administrative and computer skills. Experience working in remote environments and a commitment to genuine customer service are essential. You should have resourcefulness, resilience, and enthusiasm, as well as the ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to varying conditions.

About You
We are seeking a motivated and professional individual who can work effectively in a team. If you have a manual driver's license and forklift ticket, it would be an advantage. We value pride in personal appearance and hygiene, as well as the ability to work in varying degrees of heat, cold, humidity, and inclement weather.
