Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to contribute to the sales and KPIs of the store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring safety, providing superior customer service, maintaining shop presentation and showroom standards, and meeting targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, both for yourself and your colleagues and customers.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and improving overall store performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure the store is presented in a tidy and organized manner, with shelves stocked and merchandise displayed attractively.
  • Clean and maintain the showroom to a high standard, creating a welcoming environment for customers.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in retail or sales would be beneficial.
  • A passion for motorcycles and the industry as a whole.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines, while maintaining a safe working environment.
