Trainee Educator Role

Your key responsibilities will include maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members, complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart Policies, building strong relationships with children and families, actively contributing to the education program, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and team members
  • Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards and organisational policies and procedures
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN AND FAMILIES
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of high-quality educational programs
  • Support a culture of ongoing learning and continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated passion for early childhood education and care
  • Possession of a permanent right to work in Australia
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
