We are seeking a seasoned Systems Tester to join our team. As a crucial part of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, your attention to detail and thorough testing skills will enable you to detect and report system defects with precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and design comprehensive tests for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, focusing on its functional, integration, and performance aspects.
  • Conduct thorough testing to identify and report system defects in a detailed manner.
  • Closely collaborate with the development team, communicating test results and aiding in defect resolution.
  • Perform a rigorous functional gap analysis on the CRM system, identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback to the developers.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of existing and new workflows within the CRM system through meticulous testing.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience as a Systems Tester, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM systems. They should be well-versed in software testing methods and procedures, proficient in developing test plans, test cases, and tracking bugs, and possess good problem-solving skills with strong analytical abilities.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Systems Tester, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM systems.
  • Thorough knowledge of software testing methods and procedures.
  • Proficiency in developing test plans, test cases, and tracking bugs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and report system defects.
  • Detailed-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with various teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
