**About Our Team**:

The finance team is responsible for providing commercial insights to drive business decisions. We analyze performance and deliver actionable insights that shape our strategic plans.

***Key Responsibilities*:

Lead the planning and performance processes for Product Supply Agreements (PSA), including building and running Coles Wholesale Services (CWS) reporting and SLA reporting.

Provide fact-based insight and commentary for BAU performance, influence business partner decision-making with fact-based analysis, and support business process governance.

Drive objectives by ensuring business priorities and day-to-day processes are delivered, complete business cases for new initiatives, set adequate budgets and forecasts, carry out monthly reviews of results, identify and define system improvements, and support the development of the budgeting and forecasting process.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**: A strong financial business partnering background, ideally within the retail/FMCG remit. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to educate financial and non-financial stakeholders. Ability to challenge and influence key stakeholders and work cross-functionally to deliver required outcomes.

A CA/CPA or similar qualification, with commercial awareness and business focus. Financial experience in a property/retail/FMCG/complex environment desirable. Strong data manipulation and analytical skills, and excellent Excel, PowerBI, TM1, financial modelling, and PowerPoint skills.
