Position Summary:
As a Project Implementation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the deployment of the inspHire product suite, working either on-site or remotely. This position demands a self-motivated individual with a solid background in technology system rollouts and a passion for delivering exceptional results. You will need to demonstrate agility in managing projects within a fast-paced environment, showcasing strong client management skills to navigate challenges and conflicts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely implementation of all projects, addressing any delays proactively.
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects of varying sizes and complexities.
- Oversee the complete implementation life cycle of the inspHire product suite.
- Provide training to customers, both in-person and remotely, based on project requirements.
- Facilitate project kick-off meetings to align stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project delivery activities and status updates.
- Identify and escalate delivery risks and issues to the Head of PSG.
- Utilize appropriate tools and methodologies to ensure project success.
Required Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
- Proven experience in project management and implementation.
- Meticulous attention to detail throughout the project life cycle.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- A valid driving license is necessary.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with ERP systems and their implementation processes.
- Experience in standalone project implementation roles.
- Knowledge of SQL Server databases and reporting tools like Crystal Reports.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset.
