About the Role:

We're seeking an exceptional Full Stack Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining complex web applications that power our platform.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those requirements. Your expertise in full-stack development will enable you to tackle a wide range of projects, from front-end UI/UX to back-end architecture and infrastructure.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of our platform's core features. You'll also collaborate with our Machine Learning team to integrate AI capabilities into our product and drive innovation in the field of AI-powered hiring.

Key Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on JavaScript, React, and Node.js
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and scalability principles
  • Familiarity with AWS services, including ECS, Lambda, and database services
  • Experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, and strong SQL skills
