Demolition Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Demolition Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex demolition projects, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the planning, scheduling, and execution of demolition projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. This will involve working closely with site project teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop effective solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning and scheduling of construction activities
  • Lead and manage site project teams to ensure safe and efficient execution of projects
  • Develop and implement effective quality assurance processes
  • Manage project costs and timelines to ensure delivery within budget and schedule
  • Prepare and present project reports to clients and stakeholders
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to support project delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • 5-15+ years' experience in demolition and civil construction project management
  • Proven experience in leading and managing site project teams
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
