Integration Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our client's ERP program on a 4-day per week onsite basis for an initial 12-month period with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design scalable and efficient integration solutions aligned with overall IT infrastructure using system architecture principles.
  • Develop extensive knowledge of various integration technologies, platforms, and tools, including integration patterns, APIs, ETL processes, middleware, and data mapping.
  • Lead end-to-end teams and projects, applying Waterfall and Agile delivery methods and techniques.
  • Manage workstreams and drive strategic initiatives in complex organizational environments.
  • Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for various audiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions for Finance and/or HR systems (ideally ERP-specific).
  • Strong experience managing complex integration projects, including scoping, planning, resource allocation, and on-time delivery within agreed budget.
  • Expertise in implementing cutting-edge integration concepts and technologies, including Boomi, cloud-native integration, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), microservices architecture, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Domain-Driven Design.
  • Tertiary qualification in computer science/Information Technology/Software Engineering or equivalent, and preferred certifications such as Dell Boomi Certified Professional, TOGAF, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience with implementing multiple ERP software suites is preferred (e.g., Oracle, Workday).
