We are seeking a skilled PDI Coordinator to join our team at Komatsu Australia Pty Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process to guarantee compliance with safety and quality standards;
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely arrival of parts;
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify any defects or issues;
  • Collaborate with technicians to resolve any problems prior to delivery;
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and modifications;
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers regarding delivery timelines and equipment status;
  • Develop and implement improvements to the PDI process to enhance efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
  • Current driving license;
  • Valid Forklift license advantageous;
  • Intermediate computer skills, specifically Microsoft suite;
  • Previous experience in a PDI or similar role, preferably in the Construction or Mining Industry;
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Familiarity with inspection tools and techniques;
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
