We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our inclusive education team as a Support Teacher.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students with diverse needs and abilities. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and community members to develop and implement effective teaching strategies that cater to the unique requirements of each student.

To be successful in this position, you will possess strong literacy, numeracy, and digital literacy skills, as well as experience in teaching areas such as special education. You will also demonstrate competence against the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers and show a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the school leadership team and colleagues to contribute to the professional life of the school
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications and contemporary teaching experience in teaching areas such as special education
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and digital literacy skills
  • Demonstrated competence against the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
