We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Support Assistant to join our team.
About the position
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with disabilities and additional needs in their early childhood education journey.
Key responsibilities:
- Support teaching staff in creating an inclusive environment that caters to individual child needs.
- Develop relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless support delivery.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience working with preschool children and/or in a preschool setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
