About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a diverse workload and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate patient care, prioritizing patient welfare and confidentiality.
  • Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations, producing diagnostic images that meet the highest standards.
  • Assist radiologists with interventional procedures, complex scanning techniques, and specialized ultrasound procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging techniques and technologies, maintaining current knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute to the development of new services, equipment, and procedures within the ultrasound department.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Australian Society of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (ASMIRT).
  • Experience in general, obstetric, musculoskeletal, and vascular ultrasound examinations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and high-quality outcomes.
  • Working rights in Australia.
