Senior Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Palm Cove.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent, strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, and a current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).

  • Lead a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.
  • Tailor learning experiences to meet the needs of all children.
