We are seeking a highly motivated Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Marsden Park Care Community.
About the Role- This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday
- Ensure efficient sales and admissions processes
- Conduct tours to showcase our facilities and services
- Proactively manage sales enquiries and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maximise occupancy and support the implementation of approved marketing events
- Assist with processing staff payroll, accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and invoicing
- Support client services and general enquiries, including recruitment processes and reception duties
- Manage team rosters and timesheets
- Work/life balance with flexible work hours - opportunity to work casual or permanent shifts

Estimated Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
