Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

Job Description

As a Senior Portfolio Trader, you will be responsible for developing and executing proven trading strategies to generate profitable trades and manage risk effectively.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective trading strategies across futures, options, equities, and FX markets.
  • Building and leading a high-performing team of traders, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with counterparties, brokers, and other market participants to enhance trading capabilities.
  • Utilizing exceptional communication skills to present trading ideas, strategies, and performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.

You will also collaborate with other teams, such as risk management and operations, to ensure seamless execution of trades and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience as a trader in futures, options, equities, and FX markets.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing profitable trading strategies.
  • Proven ability to build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying market opportunities and managing risks.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial markets, trading instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
