Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior chefs in preparing a variety of meals according to menu and orders.
• Work efficiently to ensure timely delivery of dishes to guests.
• Comply with safety and health policies, procedures, and role responsibilities.
• Setup and cleaning of kitchen.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a hands-on, team-focused bistro-style kitchen.
• Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue's menu.
• An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation, and safety.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Trade cooking qualifications are essential.
• Flexible availability.
