About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our Proactive Services team as a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our stores, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Complete daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning walls and bathrooms, and emptying bins.
  • Trolley Collection: Collect trolleys from the car park and surrounding areas, ensuring they are returned to their designated locations.
  • Supporting Store Operations: Assist with waste processing routines and work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing directions to customers.
Requirements
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
  • Attention to Detail: Good eye for cleanliness and small details.
