Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director to lead our Commercial Property Management team in Perth. As a key member of our Real Estate Management Services team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our client's assets and developing commercial property management solutions that enhance value and increase efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
- Business Development: Grow the portfolio across Office and Retail assets classes through business development expertise.
- Property Management: Position and protect the investment performance of assigned property assets, ensuring profitability through diligent and professional management.
- Client Relationships: Liaise regularly with owners regarding all aspects of management, including providing recommendations and conducting negotiations.
Requirements:
- 8+ years' experience in commercial property management, including a thorough understanding of commercial leasing practices, legislation, procedures, and terminology.
- Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments, and trends.
- Strong Excel skills and exposure to accrual accounting.
- Previous use of MRI management system (or similar) is highly regarded.
- Strong organisational and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and foster key relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to work in a highly team-oriented environment.
