Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our team at Capital SMART Repairs. As a key member of our quality repair team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality paint finishes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete paint jobs in accordance with SMART processes and procedures, ensuring a high-quality finish and meeting customer expectations.
• Sign off on the final colour, including minor colour adjustments, to deliver a flawless paint finish.
• Maintain spray booths, equipment, and robots daily to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Trade Qualified or experienced Spray Painter with a strong background in Collision Repairs or a similar industry.
• Full Australian Working rights and a valid driver's license.
• Commitment to working in a safe and collaborative manner with all members of the repair team.
