College Operations Manager

We are seeking a strategic leader to support our Principal in driving the College's teaching and learning strategy and oversee operations.
This role is a key member of our leadership team, collaborating with the Pastor, Principal, and other Catholic lay leaders to share responsibility for the Church's evangelising and catechising mission within the College.
The successful candidate will contribute to supporting teachers to demonstrate best quality pedagogical practice to enhance and improve learning outcomes for students.
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate impact in:
- fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and best practice
- collaborating with leadership to plan, implement, and evaluate strategic objectives
- strengthening school-parish connections in the Church's evangelising mission
- staying current with educational trends locally and globally to guide staff development
- overseeing the Annual Professional Learning Plan to support staff capability
- managing complex pastoral care and discipline matters as required
- leading or supporting recruitment and selection across all role levels
- assisting in developing and executing the College's wellbeing framework
- promoting and enacting the SCS mission: To know and love Christ through learning and thriving Catholic communities through excellent teaching and learning.
You will have attained, or be pursuing, the following qualifications:
- postgraduate qualifications or Masters in Leadership, Religion, Theology or a relevant educational field
- requirements of Category E as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead or agree to meet these requirements in your first contract term.
