We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead the implementation of safe data handling practices within our organization.
This role requires a collaborative leader who can effectively govern data privacy protocols and ensure responsible use of personnel information.
Key objectives include:
- Developing and implementing effective governance routines to enhance the maturity of our data privacy posture
- Providing expert guidance on data privacy best practice to internal teams
- Designing innovative mechanisms to identify data handling risks and opportunities for improvement
Responsibilities:
- Embedding robust data privacy protocols to safeguard employee information
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data management strategies
- Identifying and mitigating potential data security risks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading data privacy initiatives or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in law, privacy, HR, technology, or business
As a seasoned professional, you will have a proven track record of success in data privacy leadership roles.
Critical skills include collaboration, strategic thinking, and effective communication.
