Project Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-value projects, including greenfield tower builds and upgrade works.

You will drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met while coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver successful outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery within scope, time, and budget
  • Oversee financial performance and reporting
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and client communications
  • Coordinate with engineering, technical services, and field operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Drive continuous improvement and strategic planning
  • Support team development and succession planning

About the Role

This is a key position in our organisation, requiring a seasoned project manager with demonstrated experience delivering projects/programs valued at $20M+. Ideally, you have strong knowledge of wireless construction, including civil, electrical, rigging, and technology.

You will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings and managing subcontractors, as well as stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen, and strategic influence. A collaborative leadership style and commitment to safety and quality are essential.
