**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our Complex Care Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career.

**About the Position:**

The Complex Care Team provides services and supports to both OOHC / Voluntary OOHC and NDIS participants. We work within a strength-based, non-punitive, therapeutic model of care to provide safety to our clients while identifying and supporting growth needs.

This position involves leading a team of Complex Disability Support Workers to provide our customers with consistency, support, and safety through their developed individual care plans.

This is a full-time position working 76 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead a team of Complex Disability Support Workers
  • Develop and implement individual care plans
  • Provide support and guidance to team members
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualification in a related field (highly regarded)
  • Minimum of 2 years Industry experience in an equivalent role
  • Strong interest in mental health and the disability industry
  • Understanding of strength based trauma informed practice framework
  • Previous experience in residential therapeutic care and complex trauma (highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Ability to use computers and learn a variety of software/programs
  • Smart Phone
  • Current Driver's Licence
