About the Role:

This is a permanent part-time opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at Vivir Healthcare. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing a variety of one-on-one and group physiotherapy services to residents in aged care facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional assessments on admission, quarterly/annually, and as required.
  • Perform post-falls reviews.
  • Deliver rehabilitation and short-term restorative care.
  • Lead small-group exercise classes.
  • Develop and implement wellness programs.
  • Provide manual handling training.
  • Participate in opportunities for work and training in other streams, such as Community Home care, NDIS, and Telehealth.

Requirements:

  • Physiotherapy Bachelor's Degree or equivalent as approved by AHPRA – Full or Level 3 or Level 4 limited Registration.
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Professional indemnity insurance, or willingness to obtain.
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain.
  • 2023 Flu Vaccine Certificate, or willingness to obtain.
  • COVID vaccine certificate, or willingness to obtain.
