About the Role:
This is a permanent part-time opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at Vivir Healthcare. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing a variety of one-on-one and group physiotherapy services to residents in aged care facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional assessments on admission, quarterly/annually, and as required.
- Perform post-falls reviews.
- Deliver rehabilitation and short-term restorative care.
- Lead small-group exercise classes.
- Develop and implement wellness programs.
- Provide manual handling training.
- Participate in opportunities for work and training in other streams, such as Community Home care, NDIS, and Telehealth.
Requirements:
- Physiotherapy Bachelor's Degree or equivalent as approved by AHPRA – Full or Level 3 or Level 4 limited Registration.
- Driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Professional indemnity insurance, or willingness to obtain.
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain.
- 2023 Flu Vaccine Certificate, or willingness to obtain.
- COVID vaccine certificate, or willingness to obtain.
