As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you will oversee your own classroom, leading a team of passionate Educators to implement outstanding educational programs. You will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and enhance our teaching methodologies. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is customized to cater to the diverse needs of all children.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Valid Working with Children Check.
