Junior Videographer & Content Editor

We are seeking a skilled videographer and content editor to fill this critical role. This is a full-time, on-site position in Sydney CBD, ideal for a rising creative who can shoot sharp, move fast, and edit captivating content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shoot high-quality video at events, offices, and off-site locations using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, audio equipment, and lighting setups.
  • Confidently set up and operate camera equipment.
  • Travel independently around Sydney for shoots, requiring a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Edit short- and long-form content for various platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Create compelling thumbnails that capture attention.
  • Add subtitles, transitions, music, and overlays during editing.
  • Organize and manage media files in shared storage systems.
  • Deliver final video assets aligned with brand quality and timelines.
Requirements
  • 1–2+ years of experience in videography, editing, or content creation roles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut; Photoshop/Canva for thumbnail design.
  • Strong audio awareness and clean sound recording skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing social-first content for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
