We are seeking an individual who embodies a customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional service as a Shopping Centre Concierge.
This part-time role works Monday to Wednesday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and involves ensuring the reception switchboard is manned at all times.
Responsibilities include performing general administrative duties as specified by the centre management team, maintaining and updating shopping centre registers, attending to customer and tenant enquiries, liaising with operations manager and security company for after-hours jobs, managing petty cash and reconciling funds when required.
Suitable candidates will have experience in hospitality or customer service and bring a strong customer service mindset.
Key skills and qualifications include good telephone manner, high personal presentation, ability to manage challenging customer interactions, intermediate computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, and eagerness to learn and grow within our entrepreneurial culture.
