Your Role

We are seeking interest from lawyers from 2 years PQE to Associate level to join our team. You will be working closely with well-regarded partner Stephen Knight, providing transactional support and corporate governance advice to a diverse client base.

Requirements
  • 2 – 4 years post admission experience
  • Strong technical skills and demonstrated experience advising on corporate transactions including M&A
  • Experience in one or more of the following industry sectors: agribusiness, mining or retirement & aged care
