Job Title: Handyman

We are seeking a dedicated professional to assist our contract and facilities managers, providing excellent customer service on behalf of clients.

The successful applicant will be supplied with attractive rates, phone, uniform and the security of working for a growing global company with a long trade services history.

About the Role:

  • Undertake urgent, routine and ad-hoc maintenance, repairs, inspections on client premises and equipment as directed.
  • Review and comment on any instructions and standard operating procedures for handyman services.
  • Liaise closely with stakeholders to ensure they are aware of any disruption to services by works undertaken.
  • Participate in transferring new equipment items from Projects to Maintenance.
  • Manage Key Performance Indicators including response times, safety, compliance, and financial performance of all job numbers assigned.
  • Utilize mobility solution to retrieve work order details and enter historical information within the system.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Handyman background in Commercial, Domestic or Corporate environment.
  • Experience in Building Services Maintenance.
  • Basic estimating (small works).
  • App's experience for completing documentation.
  • Basic IT skills.
