Cloud Engineering Role

We're seeking an expert Cloud Engineer to oversee our cloud infrastructure and data platform.

  • Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Implement monitoring solutions to guarantee optimal performance, availability, and security.
  • Develop automation scripts using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible to streamline operations.
  • Lead incident response, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with security best practices and regular audits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and improvements.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud spending, implementing cost-saving measures without compromising performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of the cloud architecture, processes, and procedures.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in cloud operations, with a strong focus on AWS services.
  • Proficiency in EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and other AWS services.
  • Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef.
  • Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or AWS CloudWatch.
  • Understanding of cloud security principles, including IAM policies, security groups, and encryption.
