**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused offsider/labourer to join our organisation.

You will work alongside the HR Driver, responsible for collecting goods from customer sites and safely delivering them back to the site.

This role involves representing the company in a professional manner with the aim of providing valuable services to customers and promoting the organisation in a positive way.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • To promote safe working practices and adhere to OHS standards at all times
  • Follow daily routes and schedules while maintaining regular communication with the Customer Services Manager
  • Pick up goods at customer sites safely and efficiently, adhering to SOP and other approved work practices
  • Load and unload vehicles according to Company standards
  • Maintain vehicles in good condition
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Process electronic customer invoices in real-time at customer sites
  • Report missed or cleaned out items as soon as possible to the Customer Services Manager
  • Perform other duties as requested

**About You:**

  • You possess a strong work ethic and employment history
  • You have an understanding of safe work practices and manual handling
  • You have successfully completed a pre-employment medical/physical assessment
  • You have a satisfactory Police check
  • You hold a valid driver's licence
  • You hold a forklift licence
  • You have experience with skid steer loaders and excavators
  • An HR Licence is desirable or you are willing to obtain one
