Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and be able to create visually appealing designs for print and digital platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and create innovative designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across multiple departments to deliver high-quality designs that meet required briefs.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
  • Apply designs to packaging artwork and labels across the group of companies.
  • Utilise content management systems to upload and manage graphic content on company websites.
  • Contribute creative input during concept development meetings.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in visual communications.
  • Support photography and editing efforts when needed (training provided).
  • Meet deadlines consistently and manage workload efficiently.

  • Natural creative ability with design skills.
  • Graphic design and typography skills.
  • Well organised, reliable, hard-working individual, able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Quick to learn, self-motivated and enthusiastic about continually improving your skills and standard of work.
  • Very accurate with an eye for detail.
  • Time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to know when to ask for help.
