Job Title: Financial Business Partner

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Financial Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving financial success and contributing to the overall growth and development of our business.

About the Role:
  • Provide expert financial guidance and support to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Analyze financial data and trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing recommendations to drive financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and reports, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial strategies, processes, and systems that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance analyst role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Australian accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting, with the ability to develop and maintain complex financial models.
  • Audit background is desirable but not necessary.

Working Conditions:

This is an ongoing part-time position. You will be required to work from our office located at Thomastown & Heidelberg VIC – on the lands of the Wurundjeri People.
