About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Learning Diversity Teacher to join our team at St Kevin's College. As a key member of our academic support team, you will play a vital role in identifying and supporting students with learning difficulties, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into the classroom.

Working closely with the Learning Diversity Leader, you will develop and implement new educational strategies to improve teaching and learning outcomes. Your expertise in curriculum development will enable you to design, develop, and deliver adjusted curricula to meet the individual learning needs of students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teachers to identify students' academic needs and develop targeted intervention plans.
  • Monitor and assess the progress of students receiving educational support, providing regular feedback to parents and teachers.
  • Stay informed about the latest educational trends and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in the educational process.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced teacher with a Master's degree in Intervention (highly desirable). Your strong background in curriculum development and teaching within a senior school setting will enable you to make a significant impact in this role.
