About the Role

As a digital marketing specialist for a leading FMCG business, you will collaborate with the broader marketing team and digital marketing manager in implementing CRM strategy and goal execution.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will work across various digital marketing initiatives:

  • Manage social media channels and create engaging content
  • Develop and execute CRM campaigns to enhance customer relationships
  • Create personalized customer journeys and trigger campaigns
  • Support retargeting, affiliate, and display advertising efforts
  • Produce high-quality content for EDMs and social media platforms
  • Assist with SEO/SEM optimization
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in digital marketing, particularly executing CRM and EDM campaigns
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media management tools, and basic Photoshop
  • Background in B2C marketing with a focus on customer engagement
