As the Chief Architect within a leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the engineering roadmap, ensuring the stability and quality of production assets, and fostering collaboration across the platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with your leadership team to establish an effective organizational structure.
  • Work closely with product management and design to ensure well-estimated, viable, and coherent roadmaps.
  • Making all technical decisions aligned with our overall tech vision in partnership with our Chief Engineer.
  • Present clear and compelling plans supporting group-wide product strategy.
  • Share, collaborate on, and align technical roadmaps and strategies with senior engineering leaders.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Extensive experience with platform engineering in fast-growth tech environments.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs using RAG techniques.
  • Frontend experience with a focus on design systems.
  • Experience leading engineering teams during scale-up phases in SaaS.
  • Proven ability to connect engineering efforts to business outcomes with a customer-centric approach.
  • Understanding of operational excellence and system improvements.
  • Technical expertise across the full stack, including distributed architecture.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
