Key Responsibilities

The role combines operational management, sales and financial oversight across concrete operations. The successful candidate will drive success in these areas by taking ownership of day-to-day plant operations, including safety, production, sales and customer service.

  • Safety Management: Implement effective safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for all staff members.
  • Production Efficiency: Drive productivity and efficiency in plant operations, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded where possible.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support to meet their needs.
Main Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively, driving results through inspiration and motivation.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Operational Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of concrete operations, including plant management and process optimization.
