We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Glen Osmond Grove Care Community.
This is a permanent full-time, part-time, and casual vacancy opportunity to work with our experienced team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
As a Registered Nurse at Opal HealthCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on providing exceptional care and service to our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal resident outcomes.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance nursing practice and skills.
- A competitive base salary up to $93,000 (depending on experience level) + penalties + 11.5% super.
- Weekend penalty rates.

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience in aged care or a related field.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
