Job Title: Essendon DFO Assistant Manager

About Us: Frontline Retail Melbourne is a leading retail company known for its premium design house, internationally recognized and a market leader in the industry.

The Role: As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the management of day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of the store. You will support your team through coaching and development to achieve results of a high standard, all while leading by example to inspire others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth running of the store.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve results of a high standard.
  • Lead by example to inspire others and promote a positive work culture.
  • Manage large stock volumes and ensure accurate inventory control.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Retail management or leadership experience, preferably in an outlet setting.
  • Department or large format experience is advantageous.
  • Experience managing teams of 20+ is required.
  • Proven results achieving budgets, targets, and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with managing large stock volumes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to upskill, train, develop, and coach team members.
