About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our SMSF team in Albury as a Financial Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional advice and care to our clients, ensuring their Superannuation fund processing is accurate and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for self-managed superannuation fund clients
  • Review taxation notices and prepare correspondence to clients
  • Liaise with various providers and statutory authorities on behalf of clients
  • Prepare detailed working paper files including investment, income and CGT reconciliations
  • Process transactions for Trustees, benefits transfers, contributions and benefits payments on behalf of clients
  • Ensure jobs are completed effectively by meeting technical standards and deadlines
  • Ensure clients are made aware of their compliance obligations

Requirements
  • Dependent on the level of candidate you will either have obtained a relevant degree with a major in Accounting, or working towards
  • Prior SMSF experience - preferred but not essential
  • Possess the drive to provide clients with an exceptional high level of advice and care
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience using Class software - preferred but not essential
