About the Role

As a Store Leadership professional at GlamaCo, you will be the team leader and chief motivator for all sales assistants at your store. About You

We are looking for motivated, hard-working, and adaptable applicants with a 'can-do' positive attitude. You will need to have a great relatable personality, resilience, and a wow factor when presenting to customers. Team members come from a variety of industries, careers, and educational backgrounds. It helps if you have had prior experience in customer service and/or high-volume retail and it's an extra bonus if you have prior experience elsewhere in the hair, beauty, and health industry. You could even be a current customer of GlamaCo.
