As a key player in the industry, we are seeking an experienced cleaner to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent cleaning skills and be able to work independently, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and tidiness within the workshop and exterior grounds. The selected individual must also demonstrate proficiency in operating machinery and equipment while adhering to safety protocols.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the exterior branch grounds, which includes lawn maintenance via mowing and whipper snipping, as well as plant and shrub maintenance through pruning, trimming, and hedging. Additionally, they will need to ensure the soil and weeds are properly maintained by mulching and fertilizing, and dispose of any rubbish.

Some specific tasks include cleaning windows, exterior floors, drains, and gutters, washing company and customer vehicles, and providing general property repairs such as painting and retouching, replacing light bulbs, and ensuring all tools are stored in their allocated location.

The following qualifications are essential:

- A current QLD Drivers Licence
- A High Risk Work Forklift Licence
- Ability to commit to Monday to Friday, full time hours
- Physical fitness to complete manual tasks, including heavy lifting, bending, squatting, and kneeling

Key skills required include effective communication, ability to follow and take directions, and being proactive in the workplace. Strong OH&S awareness and commitment to quality and safety procedures are also crucial. PPE is mandatory, including steel capped boots, hi-vis long sleeve shirts, and long pants.
